Responsibilities
- Become the customer’s trusted technical voice on agent security.
- Architect and deploy Okta’s agent security stack into customer infrastructure.
- Engage with senior leadership to discuss agent risk and governance.
- Deliver white-glove deployment of agents with full identity coverage.
- Align architecture decisions to industry security standards.
- Wire Okta into the customer’s technology stack.
- Build evaluations and observability for agent performance.
- Turn field patterns into product improvements.
- Maintain a regular on-site presence at customer locations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in shipping production software.
- Hands-on experience with identity protocols like OAuth 2.0 and SAML.
- Knowledge of agent security frameworks such as OWASP and NIST.
- Experience with fine-grained authorization methods.
- Hands-on experience with AI integrations and tools.
- Strong customer-facing skills and ability to build trust.
- High agency and a founder’s mindset.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 35%.
