Responsibilities
- Define and refine business needs into actionable user stories and tasks.
- Serve as a liaison between the Client team, Development team, and Data Warehouse team.
- Conduct data identification, analysis, unit testing, and manage user testing sign-offs.
- Increase efficiency in the development process and reduce exceptions, bugs, and test failures.
- Maintain excellent documentation and demonstrate a sense of ownership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer or engineering discipline.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall) and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong ability to extract required details from higher-level business requests.
- Working knowledge of SQL and high comfort level with Excel/Access.
