Base Salary
$100k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to develop effective Anaplan and/or Pigment solutions.
- Implement budgets, forecasts, workforce models, reports, and dashboards.
- Provide technical guidance on design, model architecture, and optimization.
- Document business requirements and translate them into platform functionality.
- Lead client workshops to define implementation strategies.
- Configure client environments to develop proof of concepts.
- Attend pre-sales meetings to assess project scope.
- Support connected planning use cases across various domains.
- Supervise and mentor junior consultants and analysts.
- Provide customer service and assistance to clients.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of systems consulting or CPM model development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience with Anaplan is required.
- Pigment experience is preferred.
- Hands-on Anaplan or Pigment model-building experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong financial planning and FP&A background.
- Understanding of connected planning concepts.
- Experience gathering business requirements for scalable CPM solutions.
- Strong analytical skills for system design.
- Experience with integrations across ERP, CRM, and HCM systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
