Base Salary

$147k - $210k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Write product or system development code.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to promote best practices, code quality, testability, and efficiency.
  • Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product or program changes and user feedback.
  • Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
  • Implement GenAI solutions, use ML infrastructure, and contribute to data preparation, optimization, and performance enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Two years of experience programming in Python or C++.
  • One year of experience with ML infrastructure, including areas such as model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
  • Experience with core GenAI concepts including LLMs, multimodal systems, and large vision models, plus experience with text, image, video, or audio generation.
  • Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Preferred: two years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
  • Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.

Benefits

  • US base pay is listed at $147000–$210000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
