Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to conceptualize features and contribute to product roadmaps.
- Understand customer businesses, needs, and industry-specific technical opportunities and challenges.
- Build, maintain, and optimize product features for user collaboration across web and mobile.
- Own team features or systems and define their long-term health while improving surrounding systems.
- Mentor other engineers and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, processes, and best practices for planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in on-call duties.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Experience building web and mobile software products using TypeScript, SQL databases, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with mobile-first, responsive, and iterative web development.
- Ability to write understandable, testable, and maintainable code.
- Strong communication skills when explaining complex technical concepts to designers, support staff, and engineers.
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree or diploma in web development, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of React Native and GraphQL is preferred.
- Experience with cloud providers and service deployment is preferred.
