Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to conceptualize new features.
- Understand customer needs and technical opportunities within their industries.
- Build, maintain, and optimize product features for user collaboration.
- Own team features or systems and define their long-term health.
- Mentor other engineers and conduct code reviews.
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
- Participate in on-call duties.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Experience in building web and mobile software products using TypeScript, SQL databases, React, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with mobile-first responsive and iterative web development.
- Ability to write understandable and testable code with a focus on maintainability.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment.
