Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes and implement effective application solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to technical and support-related decisions.
- Improve system performance and reliability through innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate support activities with stakeholders and business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud and debugging and troubleshooting within cloud-based SAP environments.
- Experience analyzing system logs and performance metrics and resolving complex application problems.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP ABAP Cloud and other enterprise systems.
- Strong communication skills and 15 years of full-time education.
