Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, testable, scalable software solutions for SAS products.
- Develop and extend functionality using Go, RESTful APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and distributed teams to understand requirements and deliver functionality on schedule.
- Perform functional, unit, and performance testing.
- Participate in project scoping and scheduling, track tasks, and communicate blockers.
- Maintain accountability for the full software lifecycle, including support for internal and external consumers.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Go, RESTful API development, and microservice architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes and associated technologies.
- Good understanding of object-oriented principles and related design practices.
- React, TypeScript, and JavaScript knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to learn different technologies and programming environments.
