Responsibilities
- Develop and support Salesforce Data Cloud and customer data platform solutions.
- Implement data integration, modeling, mapping, relationship management, reconciliation, and unification.
- Use RESTful APIs, SDKs, and CDP APIs to ingest and deliver data in and out of the platform.
- Work with Salesforce Flows, LWC, and preferably Apex programming.
- Apply data management, governance, privacy, and consent best practices.
- Interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 4 to 12 years of professional experience.
- Strong technical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or another customer data platform.
- Knowledge of data integration, data modeling, data mapping, data relationships, data reconciliation, and data unification.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SDKs, and CDP APIs.
- Proficiency in SQL, with ANSI SQL as a plus, as well as SOQL and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, YAML, and other data structures.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience with Flows and LWC; Apex programming is preferred.
- Strong background in data management and governance, including privacy and consent.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification is expected.
