Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering teams on requirements analysis, test planning, test execution, regression testing, and final release sign-off.
- Partner with Product Managers to prioritize testing, clarify requirements, challenge assumptions, coordinate Business Acceptance Testing, and advocate for customers.
- Work with SDETs to expand and maintain automated test coverage for new features and regression testing.
- Collaborate with manual QA engineers on cross-team and cross-business-unit projects.
- Identify and mitigate quality risks to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Design, execute, and report test cases for complex front-end and back-end systems, including functional, integration, end-to-end, and API testing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of QA experience focused on manual testing, including Black Box, White Box, and Grey Box testing.
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Understanding of integration, functional, end-to-end, and API testing, including Postman.
- Experience designing, executing, and reporting test cases for complex front-end and back-end systems.
- Ability to create test cases and collections covering requirements and business rules in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Experience with test case management tools, preferably XRay.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and at least basic Polish.
- Availability during afternoons, with occasional evening meetings for multinational team coordination.
- Preferred: experience in a product company or startup/scale-up, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jira, agile testing methodologies, and Salesforce or another CRM.
