Responsibilities

Own end-to-end architecture for complex enterprise implementations, including discovery, design, custom use cases, and production deployment.
Lead technical discovery and consultative advisory with IT, Security, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
Design and govern integrations using APIs, webhooks, SSO, and iPaaS tools, and define data models for reporting and analytics.
Act as the technical bridge between customers and Product and Engineering, translating platform gaps into requirements and field feedback.
Own technical delivery activities including scoping, estimates, risk management, documentation, security standards, SOWs, and RFP/RFI responses.
Mentor Solution Architects and Consultants and contribute to reference architectures and reusable assets.

8–10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or enterprise SaaS implementations.
Experience working with mid-to-large enterprise customers in complex, multi-system environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, SSO using SAML/OAuth, and authentication frameworks.
Experience with iPaaS or ETL tools such as Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, or Jitterbit.
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling, with experience using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Working knowledge of Python or Node.js for automation and data processing.
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and enterprise security concepts.
Preferred attributes include experience across global time zones and distributed teams, and the ability to balance execution speed with scalability and governance.

The team spans more than five countries and supports collaboration across global time zones.
