Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales entities, workflows, forms, and features.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain custom C# processes and integrations within Dynamics 365.
- Design and implement data import, export, and migration solutions while maintaining data integrity.
- Create and optimize JavaScript, HTML, and SQL scripts for Dynamics 365 enhancements.
- Integrate Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Logic Apps.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across Dynamics 365 and related platforms and provide continuous improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and related Microsoft technologies.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales configuration, customization, entity management, workflow creation, and form design.
- Experience with custom C# development, data migration, and JavaScript, HTML, and SQL scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Basic proficiency with Azure Data Factory and Logic Apps.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, independence, and time-management skills.
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Dynamics 365 CRM administration, advanced Power BI modeling, or relevant Microsoft certifications is preferred or desirable.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is a desired qualification.
