Responsibilities
- Provide consultative business and system integration services to clients.
- Translate customer needs and business requirements into technology and business solutions.
- Design and implement system interfaces and APIs using ServiceNow integration capabilities.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and propose scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Facilitate discussions about transformation, customer journeys, and functional or application designs.
- Collaborate across multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and manage team performance.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional integration activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and ServiceNow Integration Developer capabilities is required.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration methodologies and best practices is required.
- Experience designing and implementing system interfaces and APIs is required.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements is required.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and orchestration within ServiceNow is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
