Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade autonomous agent systems, multi-agent frameworks, and stateful orchestration pipelines in Python.
- Implement tool-use reasoning loops, dynamic planning, function calling, memory architectures, and enterprise integrations.
- Evaluate and integrate foundation models with attention to latency, cost, determinism, and reasoning capabilities.
- Build retrieval pipelines, hybrid search systems, and vector database integrations for real-time agent context.
- Implement evaluations, guardrails, tracing, observability, fallback mechanisms, human-in-the-loop paths, and retry logic.
- Own technical direction for AI initiatives and translate business challenges into production-ready agentic architectures.
- Partner with client leaders and internal engineering teams on enterprise AI product roadmaps.
- Lead rapid prototyping and experimentation to validate agent capabilities before scaling.
Requirements
- Expert-level Python skills and experience building scalable, asynchronous, production-grade systems.
- Hands-on experience building and productionizing agentic frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or custom agent loops.
- Strong understanding of structured outputs, JSON mode, tool calling, multi-step reasoning, and context-window management.
- Experience with vector search engines, embeddings, RAG, and advanced memory retrieval patterns.
- Practical experience evaluating agent performance, tracking telemetry, and implementing safety guardrails.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive technical strategy, and deliver end-to-end features independently.
- Experience with multi-agent collaboration is preferred.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, serverless functions, and cloud platforms is preferred.
- Understanding of RBAC, data privacy, and secure execution sandboxes for code-interpreter agents is preferred.
