Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and user-experience requirements and design frontend engineering solutions.
- Develop, integrate, test, deploy, and support responsive web applications.
- Lead frontend solution architecture, technical design, architecture decisions, and scalable implementation.
- Build reusable components, single-page applications, state-management solutions, micro frontends, and accessible user interfaces.
- Integrate frontend applications with APIs and implement authentication, authorization, error handling, and asynchronous data flows.
- Optimize performance, browser compatibility, reliability, usability, accessibility, and customer experience.
- Mentor developers, conduct technical reviews, and drive engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary engagement teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in technology software development.
- Strong frontend development experience with Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Experience designing reusable components, single-page applications, state-management solutions, and accessible user interfaces.
- Experience leading frontend solution design, architecture decisions, and scalable enterprise application implementation.
- Experience with frontend architecture, micro frontends, performance optimization, browser compatibility, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with Git, npm or Yarn, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience mentoring developers and collaborating with UX, backend, product, QA, and client stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with NgRx, Redux, Context API, Jest, Jasmine, Karma, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Node.js, Webpack, Vite, AWS, and Azure.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
