Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Direct experience with TypeScript and React.
- Ability to adapt across different full-stack environments.
- Demonstrated high performance in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and self-organizing teams.
- Clear and effective communication across cross-functional teams.
- Full English proficiency.
- Proficiency using one or more AI tools to optimize and augment drafting, analysis, research, or process automation, with the ability to recommend effective AI use and identify workflow-streamlining opportunities.
- Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs).
- Understanding of agent architectures and key components, including considerations for integrating LLMs.
