Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operationalize scalable AI and GenAI solutions using cloud-native technologies.
- Integrate LLMs, automate workflows with GenAI, and embed AI capabilities into client business processes.
- Build and fine-tune LLMs, design MLOps pipelines, and deploy AI models into production.
- Manage up to two projects with senior business leaders and support AI-driven FAAS strategy development.
- Translate client business problems into measurable AI solutions across relevant industry domains.
- Ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, FAAS service framework execution, and engagement performance monitoring against budget.
- Evaluate emerging AI and GenAI tools, stay current with industry trends, and support go-to-market and business development efforts.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, business leaders, and other service lines while mentoring developing talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and approximately 4 to 5 years of related work experience.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated work experience in a global consulting firm.
- Practical AI and ML development experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Hands-on experience building and fine-tuning LLMs using frameworks or APIs such as LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.
- Experience designing MLOps pipelines, AI solution architecture, and production AI model deployments.
- Exposure to GenAI use cases including document summarization, chatbots, intelligent assistants, and code generation.
- Domain knowledge in at least one of government, healthcare, financial services, retail, or telecom.
- Knowledge of data privacy, ethical AI, and responsible AI principles.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into AI solutions with measurable impact and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel on short notice as necessary.
- Experience with a leading consulting firm and GenAI ecosystems such as Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock is preferred.
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
