Responsibilities
- Design, develop, evaluate, deploy, optimize, and continuously improve machine learning and AI solutions.
- Build Generative AI and LLM-powered applications using foundation models.
- Implement RAG pipelines, knowledge bases, semantic or hybrid search, and vector-based retrieval systems.
- Develop agentic AI and multi-step workflows with tool usage, reasoning, routing, state management, and task execution.
- Create evaluation and monitoring approaches for ML, LLM, RAG, and agentic AI systems.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, product teams, domain experts, and business stakeholders to translate complex problems into practical AI solutions.
Requirements
- Require 3–6 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, AI engineering, or a related field.
- Require strong machine learning and data science fundamentals.
- Require strong Python proficiency and familiarity with common ML/AI libraries.
- Require hands-on experience developing and deploying production ML/AI solutions.
- Require practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Require experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, or knowledge-based AI systems.
- Require experience with LLM orchestration and agentic AI frameworks, preferably LangGraph or LangChain.
- Require understanding of agentic architectures, tool calling, workflow orchestration, state management, and multi-step AI workflows.
- Require strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include production AI agent or multi-agent system experience; LLM/RAG evaluation, observability, guardrails, or reliability experience; cloud AI platform experience; and experience with Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Solr, FAISS, pgvector, Pinecone, Milvus, or similar technologies.
