Responsibilities
- Build the Phase 1 AI orchestrator, including intent and slot extraction, policy engine, planner, composer LLM, output guardrails, and PII redaction.
- Implement basic retrieval-augmented generation for motor-policy question answering.
- Implement authenticated claim-status lookup.
- Perform prompt engineering and API/tool integration.
Requirements
- Production experience shipping LLM-based assistants with RAG and tool-calling.
- Strong prompt engineering, grounding, and guardrails experience.
- Experience with LLM/GenAI application development and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Experience with API and tool integration.
- Python experience is assumed and should be confirmed.
- Nice-to-have: OCI Generative AI, Arabic NLP, insurance or regulated-domain experience, and guardrails/PII handling.
