Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and iterate on agent skills and the AI-first offer factory operating system.
- Automate offer-creation workflows covering input gathering, playbook mining, research, value propositions, big ideas, and storylines.
- Evolve the platform’s architecture, tooling, and skill library in collaboration with the VP of AI Engineering.
- Work directly with engineering, sales, and portfolio leaders to turn shared expertise into working capabilities.
- Gather feedback from offer contributors and owners and incorporate it into the system.
- Review AI-generated research packs, positioning, and narratives for technical credibility, feasibility, and defensibility.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background in AI, ML, software, or data.
- Ability to prototype working capabilities and assess the technical quality of AI-generated content.
- Ability to work quickly and iteratively with senior engineering and portfolio leadership.
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, sales, and offer leadership.
