Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize a high-throughput integration platform using TypeScript/Node.js and Python.
- Deliver software solutions in a CI/CD environment using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD automation.
- Evaluate web development trends, standards, and frameworks and recommend future platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
- Define, automate, and execute operational procedures while documenting configuration processes and architectural policies.
- Communicate proactively with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional software development experience.
- At least five years of experience with .NET, C#, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and/or React for full-stack applications.
- At least five years of experience implementing Windows desktop applications.
- At least five years of experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- At least five years of experience with unit and integration testing of server-side and client-side JavaScript applications.
- Experience with asynchronous programming using promises, generators, or callbacks.
- Hands-on experience with Git workflows and DevOps automation in GitHub or GitLab.
- CompTIA Security+ certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivalent technical field, or three years of equivalent industry experience in lieu of the degree.
- U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance, with the ability to acquire a TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Preferred experience with medium-to-large distributed computing environments, software and system optimization, performance bottleneck removal, modern full-stack applications, intuitive user interfaces, scalable data processing architectures, and open-source software.
