Base Salary
$160k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and ship full-stack features across resident-facing interfaces and backend government workflow services.
- Collaborate with teammates to translate customer needs into useful, high-impact functionality.
- Own product areas end-to-end and ensure features are reliable, maintainable, and performant.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Use customer feedback and product data to iterate on resident experiences and government efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-stack development experience building enterprise and/or consumer applications.
- Experience owning large product areas and features end-to-end.
- Strong preference for experience in high-growth startup environments.
- Interest in building applications with the latest AI models and using AI to improve developer workflows.
- Strong product mindset and ability to deeply understand customer problems.
