Responsibilities

Develop technical expertise and contribute to meaningful business projects.
Work in a selected area such as Data Engineering, Software Test Automation, Front-end or Back-end Software Engineering, or UI/UX Design.
Rotate within related business functions or across departments, subject to availability and business needs.
Collaborate with colleagues across regions and develop business and technical skills.
Contribute to new projects and the development of processes and systems.
Participate in training, mentoring, and interactions with senior management and the GTT alumni network.
Act as a culture carrier and demonstrate Bitdeer's values of resilience, accountability, customer focus, and entrepreneurship.

Be a fresh graduate with a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD, or have up to two years of work experience.
Have technical expertise and experience relevant to the area of interest.
Demonstrate strong interest in blockchain, cloud computing, AI, and data centers.
Demonstrate personal achievements in academics, extracurricular activities, internships, skills, or areas of passion.
Be highly motivated, adaptable, collaborative, accountable, and committed to professional development.

18-month full-time Graduate Talent Trainee program.
