Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under senior engineer guidance.
- Integrate AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily development workflows.
- Translate product requirements into working implementations with reduced frontend-backend handoff friction.
- Contribute as a full stack learner by absorbing engineering practices, sharing ideas, and progressing toward autonomous delivery.
- Observe cross-team collaboration and suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows.
- Contribute from product design through deployment and iteration.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or an AI-related major is a plus.
- Hands-on project experience through personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions is required.
- Foundation in at least one backend language, Java or Golang.
- Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience building end-to-end projects through personal, academic, or internship work.
- Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts.
- Familiarity with Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI coding tools.
- Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools.
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects are preferred.
- Cross-platform development experience across iOS, Android, or Web is preferred.
- Startup internship or work experience is preferred.
- Experience proactively building internal tools or personal side projects is preferred.
