Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
- Integrate Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, and similar AI coding tools into daily development workflows.
- Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal frontend-backend handoff.
- Champion full stack practices, mentor peers, and help scale AI-augmented development across the organization.
- Identify cross-team collaboration bottlenecks and propose improvements to product, design, and engineering processes.
- Contribute to ideation, design, deployment, and iteration across the full product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in computer science or an AI-related major, and 1–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency with mainstream AI coding tools and the ability to specify requirements, review AI-generated code, and validate and correct implementations.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, turn vague ideas into clear specifications, and drive projects forward.
- Strong logical thinking, communication, curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Frontend-background candidates should understand React architecture, state management, TypeScript, frontend build tooling, testing, and rendering performance, and be able to design and implement backend APIs.
- Frontend-background candidates should have hands-on experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
- Backend-background candidates should be proficient in Java, Go, Rust, or C++, and understand high-concurrency systems, multithreading, locking, and asynchronous programming.
- Backend-background candidates should be able to build and integrate a complete functional page with React or Vue and understand componentization and frontend state management.
- Open-source contributions, notable GitHub projects, or iOS, Android, or web cross-platform development experience are preferred.
