Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and development of complex software systems aligned with business objectives and scalability requirements.
- Own software and cloud architecture and development for multiple products and services across the full code stack.
- Participate in the full product development lifecycle, including ideation, architecture, design, coding, and prototyping.
- Collaborate with teams, customers, and stakeholders to collect feedback, translate requirements, and improve customer experiences.
- Drive reliability, maintainability, performance, and innovation across software architectures.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and lead indirect reports through influence.
- Act as the voice of the customer and own customer experiences.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and development.
- Mastery of design principles, architectural patterns, and coding standards.
- Expertise in multiple programming languages and technologies.
- Strong experience with Azure PaaS services, Azure SQL, containers, networking, AAD, storage, migration, RBAC, IoT solutions, and messaging.
- Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core, including troubleshooting complex coding, networking, and design issues.
- Experience with serverless architectures, microservices, and relational, NoSQL, or document databases.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, HTTP, asynchronous processing, and software development tools such as JIRA, Bamboo, and Git.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is valued.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, project leadership, and technical documentation skills.
- Experience with cognitive services, AI/ML, and cybersecurity is valued.
