Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the onboarding process and assist with their success using Railway.
- Collaborate with the team to internalize customer feedback and advocate for their needs.
- Build proof of concepts and demos based on insights from customer interactions.
- Design and implement scalable processes for identifying high-quality prospects.
- Partner with the CEO on larger deals while serving as a customer advocate.
Requirements

- Experience with various infrastructure products and familiarity with cloud services.
- Ability to analyze and deconstruct customer feedback to provide effective solutions.
