Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 and Level 4 server production support, including problem identification, ticket documentation, and closure.
  • Design strategic and tailored platform solutions to meet specific client requests.
  • Perform platform-related administrative tasks and anticipate and mitigate technology risks.
  • Analyze complex situations, prioritize critical technology tasks, and determine when to escalate issues.
  • Document small- to medium-scale projects and deliver presentations with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and management about technical issues, systems, and project status.
  • Maintain current professional and technical skills and monitor emerging technologies and their business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 5 years of related experience in a platform engineering role required.
  • High degree of technical expertise and professional mastery to recommend process improvements preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to think critically beyond the runbook preferred.
  • Proactive and consistent communication with management regarding systems, projects, and issues preferred.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and typing skills preferred.
  • Two years of experience with Office 365 products preferred.
  • Ability to establish credibility and build strong professional relationships with customers preferred.
