Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to define project goals and acceptance criteria.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on observability and resilience.
- Help define and refine effective software development practices.
- Work on new features, bug fixes, and technical debt.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from design to production support.
- Share on-call responsibilities and embrace a model of service ownership.
Requirements
- Self-starter with minimal supervision and a quick learning ability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and focus on overarching objectives.
- Experience building search, query, and analytic systems with structured and unstructured data.
- Familiarity with complex development environments, especially large-scale distributed systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical topics.
- Experience in full-stack web development, particularly with React and Node.js.
- Proficient in developing secure and intuitive RESTful APIs.
- Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfortable working remotely and contributing to a fun team culture.
