Responsibilities

  • Act as primary L3/PSE owner for high-impact mobile issues.
  • Lead structured, hypothesis-driven investigations to identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to assess impact and prioritize fixes.
  • Manage customer and stakeholder communication for critical issues.
  • Identify patterns in customer tickets to recommend product improvements.
  • Maintain internal runbooks and knowledge base content for mobile workflows.
  • Mentor and coach L2 engineers to enhance troubleshooting skills.
  • Analyze device telemetry and fleet-level patterns for actionable insights.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical support or solutions engineering.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting mobile apps across Android and/or iOS.
  • Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Experience working with engineering and product teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong ownership mindset and bias for action.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in direct customer interaction and incident response.
