Responsibilities
- Act as primary L3/PSE owner for high-impact mobile issues.
- Lead structured, hypothesis-driven investigations to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to assess impact and prioritize fixes.
- Manage customer and stakeholder communication for critical issues.
- Identify patterns in customer tickets to recommend product improvements.
- Maintain internal runbooks and knowledge base content for mobile workflows.
- Mentor and coach L2 engineers to enhance troubleshooting skills.
- Analyze device telemetry and fleet-level patterns for actionable insights.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in technical support or solutions engineering.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting mobile apps across Android and/or iOS.
- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience working with engineering and product teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong ownership mindset and bias for action.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Experience in direct customer interaction and incident response.
