Base Salary
$123k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve system reliability and resilience by identifying issues and implementing preventive measures to reduce downtime.
- Automate software development and deployment processes to minimize manual intervention.
- Conduct root cause analysis, manage incidents independently, and collaborate with problem management to prevent recurrence.
- Apply programming, scripting, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to maintain system stability and operational efficiency.
- Continuously learn new technologies and perform additional duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus three years of related work experience, or an advanced degree plus one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred experience includes four to seven years in operations or development environments.
- Preferred experience includes four to seven years troubleshooting customer-related issues and managing customer relationships.
- Preferred experience includes four to seven years developing software solutions using Python or similar programming languages.
- Knowledge of automation, Bash, capacity planning, incident management, Python, scripting, and system reliability is required.
- Preferred knowledge includes DevOps, Kubernetes, systems recovery, and generative AI productivity assistants.
- Preferred certifications include AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, and Google Cloud Certified - Professional DevOps Engineer.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

- National base pay range is $107,300-$193,500, with additional annual bonus or incentive eligibility described in the posting.
