Responsibilities
- Design secure and scalable architecture for data and AI solutions.
- Align people, processes, and technology to enhance customer success.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with customer technical teams.
- Lead post-technical win strategies for Databricks use cases.
- Provide guidance on technical challenges and best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product innovations and upgrades.
- Report on customer health, risks, and product adoption.
Requirements
- Programming experience in PySpark, SQL, or Scala.
- Hands-on experience with distributed data and analytics systems.
- 5+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, or AI project delivery.
- Experience in customer-facing pre-sales or consulting roles.
- Ability to attribute business value to project deliverables.
- Technical program coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior stakeholders.
- Track record of overachievement against targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
