Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve computer vision, large language model, machine learning, and object detection systems for construction workflows.
- Build, ship, and refine early AI prototypes using user feedback.
- Take AI systems from initial development through production deployment.
- Coordinate machine learning models and contribute to broader early-stage product needs beyond core modeling and research.
Requirements
- Hands-on applied computer vision and machine learning experience, including Python and deep learning.
- Experience taking an AI system from initial build through production deployment.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, candor, and a growth mindset.
- Comfort working pragmatically across challenging early-stage product problems.
- Motivation to use technology to make housing more affordable.
- U.S. citizenship and willingness to work full-time from the San Francisco office or relocate.
- Construction or social-impact experience, or a history of building something adopted or paid for by users, is helpful.
