Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop user-facing APIs that integrate control plane primitives with the compute market.
- Design scheduling algorithms to translate marketplace contracts into hardware allocations.
- Extend the interface between the orchestration service and hypervisor for new VM provisioning capabilities.
- Translate product ideas into design proposals and iterate based on feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in a systems programming language such as C, C++, or Rust.
- Understanding of command and control patterns including control loops and state management.
- Experience designing data models in SQL and implementing APIs like gRPC or REST.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver solutions quickly.
