Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Configure platforms, oversee integrations, and manage release and deployment activities.
- Establish and enforce platform standards for stability, performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to align on project goals.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and improve team capability.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD and strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and integration techniques.
- Experience managing release cycles and deployment processes for packaged or SaaS applications.
- Ability to establish platform standards and maintain system stability and performance.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
