Base Salary
$110k - $121k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy front-end features for WordPress websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and web development best practices.
- Maintain and customize WordPress themes and plugins, perform site audits and migrations, and scale and improve existing websites.
- Integrate websites with back-end services, databases, Salesforce, APIs, and third-party marketing tools.
- Ensure code quality, browser and device compatibility, documentation, and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with Marketing, creative, development, and other stakeholders to implement website and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze website performance, improve analytics outputs, implement technical SEO recommendations, and optimize conversion and demand generation.
- Support A/B testing, content targeting, personalization, Customer Data Platform activities, and digital marketing execution.
- Contribute to code reviews, branching strategies, linting, automated delivery practices, and shared development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development, or software development, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least five years of advanced WordPress development and coding experience in B2C and B2B environments.
- Fluency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular.
- Familiarity with PHP, Java, Python, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, and ASP.NET.
- UI/UX and graphic design experience, including responsive web design techniques.
- Experience developing and integrating APIs and connecting third-party services such as Zapier, Salesforce, Pardot, and SQL.
- Experience customizing WordPress themes and plugins and working with code repositories, code standards, linting, code reviews, branching strategies, and continuous delivery practices.
- Experience with A/B testing, content targeting, personalization, conversion optimization, demand generation, and Customer Data Platforms.
- Preferred experience with Google Analytics GA4, Universal Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Consent Management Platforms, and OneTrust.
- Strong communication, collaboration, project management, organization, problem-solving, discretion, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment, manage multiple priorities, work flexible hours, and support teammates.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack.
