Base Salary

$120k - $145k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead end-to-end development of Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI semantic models and reports.
  • Design Dataverse data models, security roles, business logic, and relationship structures aligned with federal governance and RBAC requirements.
  • Build and maintain complex Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, including approval processes, integrations, and error-handling frameworks.
  • Develop Power BI semantic models using star schema design, DAX measures, and row-level security.
  • Design integrations between Power Platform and external systems using custom connectors, APIs, and Azure services.
  • Gather requirements from federal stakeholders, manage expectations, and present technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain solution architecture documentation and data flow diagrams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on Power Platform development experience in IL5, GovCloud, or similarly regulated environments.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a U.S. federal, DoD, or GCC High/IL5 environment with knowledge of FedRAMP High requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Dataverse data modeling, security roles, business rules, and relationship design.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Active Secret clearance or higher is preferred.
  • Federal agency experience with DoD, DHS, DOE, energy, infrastructure, or national security missions is preferred.
  • Experience with CMMC Level 2/3, NIST 800-171, ITAR-controlled environments, custom connectors, REST/OData API integrations, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, or Power Pages is preferred.
  • Microsoft Power Platform, CompTIA Security+, or Azure certifications are preferred.
