Responsibilities
- Own the technical thesis and architecture for validating software authored by AI agents.
- Prototype feedback mechanisms that identify gaps between passing tests and working software.
- Build language-aware validation approaches for Rust, Ruby, and Go.
- Design and implement feedback systems that help agents self-correct toward working software.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to drive adoption, measure trust and validation quality, and improve the platform.
- Set technical direction, review designs, and help teammates develop their technical judgment.
Requirements
- Deep, current, hands-on experience building real software with AI agents, ideally across multiple languages.
- A well-supported perspective on the validation gap and concrete approaches for addressing it.
- Ability to design systems rather than optimize a single framework, with judgment about general versus language-specific solutions.
- Ability to prototype, learn, and ship software.
- Ability to influence engineers across an organization through working code and sound reasoning.
- Strong written communication in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
