Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality and consistency.
- Design scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and project alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Drive continuous improvement in software architecture and delivery processes.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with Siebel Open UI.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and custom software development practices.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex software projects.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Familiarity with code quality assurance and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and innovative technical solution skills.
