Responsibilities
- Build fast, testable, scalable, and high-quality client code.
- Plan, build, and implement scalable user interface systems.
- Use AI effectively to amplify engineering and product-development impact.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user needs and refine solutions.
- Lead code reviews and documentation and resolve complex bugs.
- Drive projects from technical design and implementation through launch and operation.
- Onboard and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building large-scale frontend applications.
- Knowledge of the modern frontend ecosystem, including bundling, linting, testing, and releasing.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, AngularJS, or Vue.
- Experience building AI-first products and using AI across product development.
- Experience designing and architecting platforms at scale.
- Ability to consider edge cases, observability, error handling, and integrations across external systems.
- Experience debugging across systems and repositories and designing solutions spanning the full stack.
- Experience with modern testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Mocha, or Chai.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience engineering medium-to-large software systems and mentoring junior engineers.
