Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Build solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, and external data sources.
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable application solutions.
- Create system architecture descriptions, high-level and detailed designs, database schemas, class diagrams, and physical and deployment diagrams.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions and provide technical recommendations.
- Lead and perform technical design reviews, code reviews, documentation reviews, and approval processes.
- Troubleshoot defects, user issues, enhancement requests, and application support needs.
- Lead and support product releases, installations, deployments, and application improvements.
- Provide technical training and ongoing product support.
- Ensure applications comply with organizational architecture, security, development, and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Experience configuring and integrating connectors, external systems, APIs, databases, and other data sources.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical application solutions and coding software to meet business needs.
- Understanding of software architecture, application design, and database design principles.
- Experience creating detailed technical design documentation and architecture artifacts.
- Experience troubleshooting applications and implementing enhancements.
- Experience participating in or leading design and code reviews.
- Ability to develop applications according to established IT architecture, security, and development standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Senior level: 8 or more years of relevant experience; mid-level: 6 or more years; junior: 3 or more years.
- Preferred experience includes complex or enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions, model-driven and canvas Power Apps, advanced Power Automate workflows, application lifecycle management, deployment processes, database schemas, architecture diagrams, production releases, technical training, and compliance-focused environments.
