Base Salary
$104k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Independently manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance a critical application, including bug fixes, feature development, updates, and patches.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software and user interface applications using customer requirements.
- Reverse engineer existing code, document system architecture and processes, and evaluate modernization or replacement options.
- Provide user support, software demonstrations, issue resolution, and communication with customer stakeholders.
- Support software architecture, requirements analysis, software process management, configuration management, COTS/GOTS tool evaluation, and integration.
- Design visually pleasing, content-rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigation.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience are required; alternatives include 12 years with an AA/AS or 14 additional years with a high-school diploma.
- Experience with Java backend development using Spring Boot, Angular front-end development, SQL/MySQL, Jira, and Git is required.
- Experience applying Agile principles, working autonomously, solving problems, supporting users, and adapting to a solo development environment is required.
- Experience providing quarterly software demonstrations to the customer is required.
- AWS certification, DevSecOps or similar experience, and Docker experience are desired.
