Base Salary
$104k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Independently manage all aspects of a critical application, including bug fixes, feature enhancements, updates, patches, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Design, develop, test, modify, and maintain enterprise software and user interface applications.
- Develop Java backend services with Spring Boot and Angular frontend applications using SQL/MySQL.
- Produce detailed specifications, high-quality code, process documentation, and system architecture documentation.
- Reverse engineer existing code and assess modernization or replacement options.
- Support software architecture, requirements analysis, COTS/GOTS tool evaluation, integration, and configuration management.
- Analyze customer requirements and determine effective software technologies and solutions.
- Resolve software problems, implement requested improvements, and provide quarterly demonstrations to the customer.
- Remain on the client site during Luke Program core hours of 0900-1500.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience are required; alternatives include an associate degree with 12 years of experience or a high school diploma with 14 additional years of experience.
- Experience with Agile principles and software development processes is required.
- Experience as a full-stack developer with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, SQL/MySQL, Jira, and Git is required.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, manage multiple aspects of software development and support, and communicate with stakeholders and users is required.
- AWS certification, DevSecOps experience, and Docker experience are preferred.
