Responsibilities
- Develop high-fidelity and high-performance simulation scenarios for validating the autonomous-driving software stack.
- Build and extend the gym environment used for reinforcement-learning model training.
- Improve developer experience and collaborate effectively across large engineering organizations and with customers.
- Deliver quality results in a remote or hybrid engineering environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, robotics, or machine learning, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong programming skills in C++ and Python, including modern C++ and object-oriented design.
- Demonstrated effective collaboration with customers and across large engineering organizations.
- Passion for safe, fully electric, self-driving technology.
- Experience with autonomous-vehicle or robotics simulation is desired.
- Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, or PhysX is desired.
- Experience with reinforcement learning, gym environments, or LLMs is desired.
