- Execute basic software solution design, development, and technical troubleshooting tasks.
- Write secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language with peer guidance.
- Interpret architecture, design representations, and nonfunctional requirements to develop stable software.
- Apply automation to reduce manual effort in the software development lifecycle.
- Gather and analyze basic data to troubleshoot issues and generate insights for continuous improvement.
- Break down routine technical tasks and collaborate with global technology teams.
- Participate in the Force for Good program to build sustainable technology solutions for social good organizations.
Requirements
- Be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with an expected graduation year of 2027.
- Be available for full-time employment beginning in September 2027.
- Have foundational knowledge of software, applications, technical processes, programming languages, databases, data structures, and algorithms.
- Have knowledge of software analysis, development, maintenance, improvement, and developmental toolsets.
- Understand technology trends and best practices, with exposure to agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
- Demonstrate collaborative teamwork, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Computer Science or Engineering majors are preferred.
- Exposure to cloud technologies and experience with relational databases are preferred.
- Complete the required HackerRank coding challenge to proceed in the application process.
