Responsibilities

Build and maintain front-end and back-end products and platform components powered by voice models.
Own and ship end-to-end features across the front end and back end while helping define product and feature direction.
Collaborate with Engineering, Growth, Sales, internal teams, and partner customers to solve important customer and workflow problems.
Scope and build proof-of-concept products that may be scaled into new markets.
Improve existing products through UX changes, new functionality, and integrations with consumer and enterprise solutions.
Maintain and strengthen internal infrastructure for product availability, performance, and security.
Collect, manage, and process massive-scale datasets supporting future generative AI voice models.

Expertise in Python.
Experience with web development using TypeScript and React.
Familiarity with software and system design patterns, APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions, and data structures.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to solve difficult problems through artifacts such as projects, designs, or GitHub contributions.
Test design and security awareness are bonuses.
No formal professional experience, certification, or degree is required.
