Base Salary
$98k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and maintain full-stack experiences, backend services, APIs, and internal tools for promotions and offers.
- Develop React.js user interfaces and backend services using readable, maintainable code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and partner teams to deliver incremental improvements.
- Write unit and integration tests, debug issues, and improve system reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, team ceremonies, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Investigate production issues, contribute to root-cause analysis, and implement follow-up fixes.
- Use monitoring and operational feedback to improve customer and team experiences.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–2 years of software engineering experience, including internships, co-ops, or substantial academic projects.
- Experience with React.js and modern front-end development, plus exposure to backend services or APIs.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, APIs, and databases.
- Experience writing tests and debugging code, with familiarity with version control and code review workflows.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar systems, communicate clearly, collaborate across teams, manage changing priorities, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
- Position may require travel.
Benefits
- Base salary range is $97,500–$160,000.
- Eligible for 401(k), new-hire and annual equity grants, and potentially an annual bonus for C08+ positions.
