Base Salary
$97k - $148k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop new features for internal and external users and refactor existing software.
- Work across backend systems, low-level systems, and front-end user interfaces.
- Help drive the architecture of the application platform in alignment with team and product-roadmap needs.
- Collaborate with product, design, machine learning, infrastructure, clinical, QA, and regulatory teams.
- Maintain engineering standards through code review, testing, integration, and consistent code quality.
- Contribute to a reliable, data-integrated, and compliant SaaS platform for clinical trial workflows.
- Support software validation expectations and inspection readiness.
- Mentor teammates, learn continuously, and share knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or higher in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of full life cycle development experience in Python.
- Experience designing and building Python applications using FastAPI or Django.
- Foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and work autonomously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Cloud platform experience with AWS; knowledge of an infrastructure-as-code framework is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI is a plus.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
