Base Salary
$97k - $148k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new features for internal and external users and refactor existing functionality.
- Design and build Python-based applications and work across the full software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to application platform architecture and sustainable solutions across systems and technologies.
- Collaborate with product, design, machine learning, infrastructure, clinical, QA, and regulatory teams.
- Maintain engineering standards through code review, testing, integration, and responsibility for code quality.
- Support reliability, data integrity, compliance, validation expectations, and inspection readiness for clinical trial workflows.
- Mentor teammates, learn continuously, and share knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Some experience working across the full software development lifecycle using Python.
- Experience designing and building Python-based applications with FastAPI or Django.
- Foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Ability to learn quickly, collaborate with a distributed team, and work autonomously.
- Preferred: AWS cloud platform experience and knowledge of an infrastructure-as-code framework.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI.
- Preferred: knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Preferred: problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Expected base salary range is $96,750–$148,350 for the Boston location.
