Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development best practices and coding standards.
- Ensure software quality, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Act as an SME, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration of custom software components.
- Drive continuous improvement in software quality and delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization is stated as an additional expectation.
- Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization is required.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation within complex environments.
- Experience managing and leading software development teams.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges in custom software solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability considerations.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to software development.
