Responsibilities
- Develop product-agnostic software solutions that improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Design and implement hardware testing strategies and automated test tools.
- Collaborate with software and production teams to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain documentation for testing procedures and tools.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide feedback to design teams to support product enhancements.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of production, product, and process issues.
- Lead system architecture designs for technical initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Strategic experience designing scalable system architectures.
- Familiarity with Linux, Git, and networking.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, collaboration, accountability, and ownership skills.
- Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes hardware testing, automated test systems, hardware-software integration, data analysis, performance monitoring, high-volume manufacturing, SQL/databases, C/C++, JavaScript, and Nix.

- Base salary range of $191,000–$253,000 USD.
