Base Salary

$150k - $300k/yr

Responsibilities

Own product features from scoping and requirements through implementation, testing, and production deployment.
Design APIs and data models and build frontend and backend functionality.
Deliver user-facing experiences and improve usability and performance using user feedback and product metrics.
Integrate AI and large language model services into production product flows.
Build and maintain backend services, data schemas, CI/CD, monitoring, and testing.
Collaborate with product and design partners to prioritize work, define success metrics, and make architecture and roadmap decisions.

2 to 8 years of software engineering experience, including shipping user-facing products in a startup or product-focused environment.
Production full-stack experience with TypeScript and React or Next.js, plus backend development in Python or Node.js.
Experience with PostgreSQL and AWS or GCP.
Practical experience integrating AI or LLM services into production applications with an emphasis on engineering and user outcomes.
Strong product judgment, end-to-end ownership, and comfort working across frontend, backend, and operational tasks in a small, high-ambiguity team.
Backend-heavy product engineering experience; familiarity with multi-tenant, enterprise-ready, real-time, or high-throughput systems and regulated industries or complex internal tools is useful.
Willingness and availability to work on-site on the expected 9-to-9 schedule.
